The SAFe® Product Owner/Product Manager certification course equips you with tools and techniques to perform the roles in a SAFe® environment. The course will teach you how to build customer-centric products through the Scaled Agile Framework®, work across teams, and optimize for value-driven delivery.

FAQ
Is there an exam after the SAFe® Product Owner / Product Manager course?
Yes, after the 2 days instructor-led course, there will be an exam for you to finish in your own time.
The exam is a 90-minute 45-question multiple choice test. You need 73% of the questions correct to pass. The first attempt is included in the course registration fee if taken within 30 days of course completion. (Retake fee $50). Find more info here.
What is the difference between CSPO® and SAFe PO/PM course?
The CSPO® and SAFe® PO/PM courses differ in focus areas. The CSPO® is your entrance-level course to fully understand agile, the Scrum Framework, and the Product Owner role for a Scrum team. SAFe PO/PM course focuses on scaling using the SAFe framework. Being an agile practitioner means believing in continuous learning, so the question is not which one to take as they build onto each other. Start with CSPO® to get the foundational understanding, and if you work or want to work in a SAFe environment, you can do the SAFe PO/PM.
