Is there an exam after the Scrum Master Certification CSM® course?
Yes, after completing the 2-day instructor-led Scrum Master certification course, you will need to take an exam at your convenience.
The exam consists of a 60-minute, 50-question multiple-choice test. To pass, you must answer 37 questions correctly. The course registration fee covers the first two attempts if taken within 90 days of completing the course. (Retake fee: $25)

What is the difference between the Scrum Master Certifications CSM® and SAFe SM courses?
The Scrum Master Certification CSM® and SAFe SM courses differ in focus areas. The CSM® serves as your entry-level course to gain a comprehensive understanding of agile and the Scrum Framework. On the other hand, the SAFe SM course focuses on scaling agile using the SAFe framework. Being an Agile practitioner entails a commitment to continuous learning, so the question isn’t about choosing one over the other, as they complement each other. Begin with CSM® to establish foundational understanding. If you work or aspire to work in a SAFe environment, consider pursuing the SAFe SM course as well.
