Is there an exam after the CSPO course?
No, there is no exam after the course. You must actively attend the course; the trainer will determine if you can be certified afterwards.

What is the difference between CSPO and SAFe PO/PM courses?
The CSPO® and SAFe PO/PM courses differ in focus areas. The CSPO® is your entrance-level course to fully understand agile, the Scrum Framework, and the Product Owner role for a Scrum team. SAFe PO/PM course focuses on scaling using the SAFe framework and the Product Owner role in a scaling environment. Being an agile practitioner means believing in continuous learning, so the question is not which one to take as they build onto each other. Start with CSPO® to get the foundational understanding, and if you work or want to work in a SAFe environment, you can do the SAFe PO/PM.
