Cancellation Policy

Life happens, and we at Agile Training Academy want to do our best to support you in your circumstances.

Cancellation 10 working days before the course

  1. You will receive a refund or a credit note depending on the billing agreement.
  2. You can choose to move your booking to another available day. If there is a price difference in the courses you will be liable to pay the difference.

You are also welcome to find a replacement person for your booking, this should be handled privately by yourself, and notify us of the change no later than 2 working days before the course starts, failing to notify us timeously may result in the cancellation of the booking without refund.
